The Mail I Want Email Marketing System (EMS) makes it easy for you to build email lists, create and send rich HTML messages and track the success of your efforts.

Email List Development

To begin, we will work with you to create a custom sign-up web page, branded specifically to you (with no third party advertising or logos). This is where subscribers will enter their email address and select the list or lists they wish to join. What information you collect from subscribers is up to you, but well thought out capture pages are the key to the ongoing success of your email marketing.

Say you are a sporting goods store and you are going to publish a winter sports enewsletter. In addition to asking for a subscriber's basic info like name and address, you can also ask specific questions such as, "Is your primary interest Skiing, Snowboarding or Ice Skating?" As your lists grow you will be able to use that information to send more relevant emails to different demographics on the list. Readers that have indicated a primary interest in snowboarding could recieve a special offer or a newsletter with information pertinent for snowboarders only.

The Mail I Want EMS has an Import Tool which allows you to import your existing lists from other applications or allows you to bring in subscribers that have signed up via mail or at a trade show. Keep in mind our name says it all: Mail I Want. We do not allow any type of spamming through our system. Recipients must indicate that they wish to receive email communications from your company.

Campaign Creation & Delivery

You can create an HTML campaign with any number of applications and send it using the Mail I Want EMS, or you can use the full featured HTML editor that is built into the MIW system. You can also create an alternate text message for each campaign, targeting those subscribers that can not receive HTML formatted emails. The EMS automatically delivers the type of message which is best for the recipient.

Once you have created the perfect campaign, you are able to deliver hundreds, thousands, or millions of email messages quickly and efficiently. By using our campaign scheduler, you are able to schedule the date and time of delivery to best suit your business needs.

Campaign Follow-up

By analyzing your campaigns, you can learn valuable information that can be used to make subsequent campaigns increasingly effective. Mail I Want tracks how many emails were actually delivered versus how many were sent, the number of people that "opened" your email and the number of "unsubscribes" for each campaign.

You are able to track "click throughs" to any link included in your emails. This allows you to see what percentage of people click on the links that you include in your emails AND you can send a follow up email to all the people that clicked on that link. So, if your Winter Sports Enewsletter contains a link to an article titled, What's New In Ski Poles, you could send a 10% discount offer for ski poles just to the subscribers that clicked on that particular link.

Database Management

We ensure your list quality is maintained by automatically handling unsubscribes and undeliverable mail. Each message you send includes an "unsubscribe" option. This is critical to the opt-in email model because it allows your subscribers to manage their own subscriptions. By automating this process, it saves you time and reduces the number of customer complaints.

We store your database at the Mail I Want secure data center. Our professional database managers work around the clock to ensure that your data is manageable, accurate and secure. The Oracle powered database is the heart of the Mail I Want Email Marketing System, it's what allows you to target your email to specific lists and segments of lists.

Our highly trained customer service representatives are on hand to answer any questions you may have, whether you're an experienced user or a beginner, we're here to walk you through the system step by step.
